Where is your meeting point?
At our office in Marina do Funchal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of our tours. You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before your tour date.
How often do you see dolphins or whales?
Dolphins more often than whales. On the catamaran 80% of the time, on the Sea Safaris 100% of the time or second trip free.
Do you have life jackets on board?
Yes we have for all individual guest.
Do you offer a pick-up service?
No.
Can we swim with the dolphins?
No, they are wild animals. It’s not good for them or safe for you.
How far out do you go?
Al maritime activities have a licence for 6 miles of the coast of Madeira Island by Portuguese law.

Do you have hot food on board?
No, only snacks and drinks.
Do you have toilets on board?
Yes, two!
Can we move around the boat?
Yes, we never take a full boat so you can move around the boat freely.
Do you stop for a swim?
Only in the summer months on our Catamaran trips.
